No Returns or Exchanges for Hygiene Reasons
Underwear is not subject to return or exchange. This is an international trade rule.
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie products and to adhere to sanitary standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for lingerie items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. This includes but is not limited to underwear, bras, shapewear, and similar items. We kindly ask you to carefully select such items, paying attention to size, materials, and other characteristics before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. If your claim is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the defective or damaged item for evaluation. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As stated above, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for lingerie items unless they are defective or damaged. This policy is in place to protect our customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards.

Refunds for Defective Items
If a refund is approved for a defective or damaged item, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this right does not apply to lingerie products due to their intimate nature and hygiene standards, unless the items are defective or damaged. For eligible returns, the items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
